"Moon Villa provided quite possibly the best customer service that I've ever had from a hotel in recent memory! They catered to our every need and offered excellent care from before arrival through departure. The resort is perfectly situated in the scenic part of Yangshou and just a few km from downtown (which is easily accessible by bike or free shuttle van. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, and spacious. We are excited to go back Moon Villa and can't recommend it enough!"

There are many restaurants around but no bakeries or supermarkets that sell real groceries for picnics. I had to eat at Chinese restaurants x2 a day, and munched energy bars I had with me because going to a Chinese restaurant x3 a day was too much for me.
