We were fortunate to have a room that had a door out to the gardens and that was close to the bar and restaurant areas. It made a change to stay in an old hotel that had loads of charachter instead of the more modern style hotels. All staff were attentive, polite and welcoming. We will certainly stay there again."

"We stopped from 7th July to 11th July this year 2025. We had a lovely break in the Durley Dean, its clean and tidy and the staff are first class, very friendly. Ok its dated but its Victorian. The bus stops are 200 yards away from the hotel entrance in the direction of Bournemouth and the buses are frequent to lots of local towns and resorts. We were out every day going to somewhere. Swanage, Poole, Westbourne and Christchurch. We would go again. Thank you Durley Dean"
