"Great staff, very polite. We asked for an extra bedding and they provided without any hesitation. Rooms are very clean and staff is very quick and responsive. In room dining has god options and they have midnight dining also which is a great option to have"
"The staff and the general facilities and the room were great. Just two downsides.
1. During my stay they decided to drain the swimming pool and regrout and refill. We were told that this would take two days. My time at the hotel finished after 4 days and the pool was still not open. It would have been a good idea to do this maintenance work during the low season rather than with a hotel full of holidaymakers.
2. Strangely you were only allowed to use one device on the Wi-Fi. If you tried to...

"Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible."

Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"
