"Very friendly and helpful staff from persons at front desk, house keeping team, and maintenance guy (thank you for your service in the military). The continental breakfast was decent. Having meat in the scramble eggs EVERY day was not appealing. consider people who are not meat eaters. Our stay here was pleasant overall and would definitely stay here again."

"Great location"

"We stayed for a week so we were told we would not have housekeeping unless requested. I requested on Wednesday to have room cleaned Thursday. Thursday morning I requested again. Then my husband requested before noon and finally after 4th request later Thrusday afternoon it was cleaned. While it was nice to have the carpets cleaned, they really should have let us know in advance. Walking on wet carpet for the day was not nice. To their credit they did give us several bath mats."

"Great hotel. Very expensive for what it was."

"Very friendly"

"It could have had a little more detail on cleanliness but the beds were very comfortable and location was quiet. Everything was in working order and the decorations were nice. "

"This place is amazing. So much fun! Nicely decorated. Location is great. The perfect place in Fort Collins. "
