Complimentary breakfast is elegant with tablecloths and servers with lake views. All the restaurants, cafes and shops are nearby walking distance. It’s so convenient staying at the Palace."
"We had a really good stay in this hotel the staff were really good and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Only one problem our tv would not work and after two staff members tried to repair it, it still did not work. We were offered a room upgrade with a new tv in it but my wife did not want to move so we declined the offer. As we do not watch much tv this did not affect our stay and would highly recommend this hotel and would book it again if we return to Bergamo.

"A peaceful stay in the centre of Bergamo. Breakfast was varied and there was something for everyone, fresh fruit, meat, bread, pastries, coffee, etc, though very busy at peaks. Rooms are comfortable and modern with good air conditioning. Staff are less friendly but do they job. Cleaners in rooms didn't replenish teas/coffees/milks and left no cups after we used the two paper cups. Shower gel was half empty when we arrived and was also not replenished when finished. "A four-star boutique hotel with the standards of a five-star property. The rooms and restaurant are definitely five-star quality. The pool is large and never too crowded, and there is also a small beach if you want to swim in the lake.
Just bear in mind that the hotel is not easy to reach. You either need to drive your own car or arrange a car service. For example, the fare from the hotel to Milan is €240. Local buses are very crowded and can be almost impossible to board."

Room was huge and although not to my taste, had everything we needed.
Location was good, a 10 minute slow walk to the lake but nice to be a little out of the way of the crowds! I would recommend this hotel and l would stay here again without a doubt."
