"Amazing hotel whatever your metric. The concierge is named Davey, as in Crockett. And he's simply the BEST. Go ahead, ask him anything! You'll like what you hear. He's one in a million in all the best ways. Look for him. Can't say enough about our experience here"
"Even though the room was in the older wing it was completely updated. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were good quality. The ensuite was huge, almost as large as the main room with soaker tub, roomy walk-in shower sink and toilet and towel warmers. Good mirror and well lit.
The bed was queen sized and the TV was sizable. Desk and dresser. Really pretty nice.
I arrived early and the young man at reception was mainly concerned about the proper check-in time and couldn’t be bothered...
"Location is excellent, room was very clean and tidy with good views of the river and Pier Head. Staff were very helpful although I am still waiting for a breakdown and receipt for my spending as promised. Bar was excellent and breakfast was very good."
"Property was okay, only reason it doesn’t get a 5 or 4 is that it’s a bit too expensive for what you get. Room type was not available but check with n. Person sorted it smoothly 👍😀. Breakfast was mad busy and not big enough for the amount of people, it was limited but very tasty. Bed was super comfy though. Again nothing in particular inherently wrong just a bit too expensive"
"Clean, safe and great location. Walking distance to Hill Dickinson stadium and restaurants.
Renovations in process with dated restaurant and 1 working elevator"
"The hotel itself was good. Rooms and amenities was good, staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was good, however a more upmarket resturant would have been nice instead of a sports bar.
The down side was that they have wedding receptions, trying to get to sleep while music is being blasted out for hours is not relaxing.
I wouldn't have paid to stop there if Id had known that The room would sound like the inside of a night club."
