"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "

"The Blossom Hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, the room was gorgeous and the lobby is beautiful. Every area of the hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious. I stayed for one night and hated that my stay couldn’t be longer. I will definitely stay at The Blossom when I am in Houston again!"

The toilet was a little loose at the bottom, so it moved. Also, they didn't give me any info, on anything, just a key and a room number. No list of local restaurants (that deliver), etc. No coupons, of any sort... No local activities..."
