"The hotel is situated in a busy area close to the shops (a big mall 5 min walk away) bars and restaurants. We booked this hotel because the pictures looked great and it had good reviews, however, we would not say that this was a 4 star hotel. We stayed in other 4 star hotels around India and they were magnificent, this hotel wasn’t. The facilities were dated, it was a little messy, it just didn’t feel as a 4 star establishment. "Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests."

Pros: 1.Rooms were super clean. 2.We had couple of items requested to our room and they were fulfilled very quickly. 3.Food was delicious and served with courtesy. 4.Location was amazing.
