"Really amazing place"

"Convenient location. Just cross the street from the train station side exit and you are at the hotel reception. Staff very helpful. Convenience stores on the other side of the station - just walk. Restaurants and fast food close buy. Quick snack at the station. I will stay here again at the next opportunity."

"Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"

"Hotel Rosso is a short walk from the train station - it is a little tricky to find as it is in a pretty plaza and there are restaurants directly in front of the entrance. All you need to do is ask someone - it’s not complicated at all - just not immediately apparent. The room was clean - shower was on the small side, and breakfast has everything you could want. You can ask for a cappuccino from the wait staff and they will even get you a cappuccino to go - and there is no extra charge for a...

"The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was helpful. Our mini suite was very nice. I would stay here again."

"Excelente hotel , desayuno muy completo , habitaciones muy cómodas."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Very helpful front desk employees. Whether it was laundry, dinner suggestions, or a warm greeting they were all helpful and it made our stay more enjoyable. Decor was a bit dated but rooms were clean, and location was excellent, particularly if you take the high speed train into or out of town."

"Wonderful hotel, great location, very helpful staff and spacious rooms The only thing that the amenities were not that plentiful. But overall experience was super."

"بعيد عن السنتر والمكان مخيف قليلًا"

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"The staff were cordial, and pleasant. But not what we expected after reading other reviews and how the hotel was portrayed on their web site. They definitely over sold the property. The cost is more than the hotel deserves. It is in serious need of an interior renovation. I would not book at this hotel again with so many better options at less cost."

"The bed is comfortable and clean. Elevator is a must and they have one. Rooms that face the street are a little noisy during the day, but at night it’s quiet. Hotel is located near Central market for shopping, restaurants and bars. All within walking distance. Its sister hotel a few doors down has a roof top bar with good service, inquire about it at check in. Breakfast was good and varied. Water pressure is great and bidet works perfect! They have a safe for your important paperwork."

"almost everything was super: the staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfaast was very good, cleanness was great too, only one thing surprised me: the bed did not have a fitted sheet, instead they used kind of two flat sheets to my mind-?but that was the only questionable thing to me"
