"Had to change rooms a few times. When I reached what I thought was my final room, a man walked in our room. I called the front desk and the lack of care was alarming. I was staying w my 15yr old daughter and they basically didn’t care then told me if we wanted we could get a new key. After expressing we no longer felt safe they basically said they have no rooms and they can cancel my reservation. All while this was going on security came to my room, started opening my door and “testing the lock”...

"It would’ve been better the bed had a big dip in it n they said that there wasn’t anything that they could do and the bathroom had broken shelves "

"The general service and hospitality was off for us this stay. Understaffed? No housekeeping service, not even a room refresh. Long wait for luggage and car valet. "

"The Palace had very clean rooms, staff was friendly. The Casino was clean and wiped down at all times. The only thing I would rate low, would be the buffet, steamed shrimp were very mushy and food was very bland. The buffet staff was very friendly though. Will book again. "

"Clean room with a great view! Nice amenities and comfortable environment "

"Only problem we found was thermostat would say room was 68 degrees and clearly wasn't, was more like 73 or 74"

"Our room was relatively clean, but it reeked of cleaning solution-so much that we could hardly stand to be in the room. Overall, the entire complex needs a good cleaning-minus the strong smell!"
