"We had two reservations- one starting the night before our 6 a.m, arrival so that we could have an early check-in and one for the rest of our stay. The check-in and merging of both reservations was seamless which was great after 20 hours of travel. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Our room was ready and we were also able to have breakfast. First impressions of SANA Metropolitan were very favorable."

"Breakfast excelente"

"Nice hotel close to the river. This is a large hotel - so breakfast was very busy but staff seemed to handle it quite well."

"Good location. Not much storage space in room for cloths. Could use some drawers."

"The staff was incredibly generous, welcoming, and attentive throughout my experience. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and appreciated. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Especially with my flight coming in early and then allowing me to check in a little earlier. It’s refreshing to be around people who genuinely care about making others feel welcome. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return!"

"Great location rooms are clean but generic"

"Nice clean and quiet hotel."

"No big complaint but the flooring in 601 in front of bathroom door could use a little work, everything else optimo"
