"Parking very restrictive and only suitable for small vehicles
Room was not serviced after first night and required 2 calls to put right. ie fresh towels etc.
Breakfast was lukewarm the first morning but was excellent the second morning after telling staff and receiving complementary breakfast.
Restaurant manager was proactive in addressing our concerns.
Food was plentiful and presented well"
"My stay couldn’t have gone better. The staff were all very courteous, and attentive. My flight landed a bit early for check-in and while I dropped my bags off the staff at the front desk was able to get my room turned over remarkably quickly for me which was very appreciated after a long flight. I had one small issue with the laundry in my room and they had their maintenance team take care of it while I was out for the day. I would highly recommend staying here! "Fabulous hotel in the middle of Wellington. Rooms are spotless, beds comfortable and close to everything. Secure parking across the road … but remember to park on the correct level. (I didn’t and got a ticket. My own fault for not following the detailed instructions provided by hotel staff … who are great!)"
"We've stayed here in another room before and it was great. This room, was a strange shape one off off the stairwell. The shape wasn't a problem but the extractor vent above the hotplate made a very loud air movement sound even though it was not turned on. The room was also not properly cleaned, dusty, empty beer bottle under bed. When we tried to message the hotel about this, the only way to get hold of them out was just ignored ."
"Good location for our needs. Spacious 2 bedroom suite for 5 adults. They accommodated our last minute request for a roll out bed. Hotel parking was a bonus. We would definitely book again"
