"This is a great hotel which is walking distance to the mall of Emirates and the metro station which can take you all over Dubai. It also has a night life with 2 night clubs on the 1st floor. Good music and drinks available. The staff at this hotel are amazing and the cleaning staff really cleaned my room well. They go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you!"

"The people who do the actual work make the stay here so much better. Sincere thank you to the valets, cleaners and restaurant staff that make the experience a million times better. Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. It still would be nice to check in and rest as soon as we arrive."

"It was not bad but the rooms are a little tied and need a refresh, carpet had alot of stains, TV's were older TV's not too "smart" low resolution, and internet was average. But nice and quiet, just needs a big refresh of furniture and electronics"

"The suite rooms were clean and well Presented and the pools well maintained and well serviced. However the lifts are very slow and small and take ages to get from floor to floor. The staff in the Hartisan restaurant were all very helpful and polite especially the Egyptian manager Trader Vic’s was great for dinner and cocktails !"
