"We had a great stay at citizenM Rotterdam! The hotel is right beside the Rotterdam Blaak station, so transportation was a breeze. Seamless self check-in, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Loved the ability to borrow bikes, and the bar made some excellent cocktails. The rooms are small as pictured (no surprises there) so best suited for a single person or a couple. The room controls were super easy to use and we slept great (the blackout blinds were TOO good, we ended up sleeping in...

"We had difficulty when we first arrived. We were very early but had requested an early check in. No rooms were available until noon and then we had to pay 59 euros to get a room at noon or sit in the lobby for another 3 hours."
