"The hotel is very well placed in Regua, near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the day-cruise quays and the town museum. Secure parking. Rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean. A big choice at breakfast, all of which was very good. Did not try dinner. Front desk staff enthusiastic and always helpful, particularly Paulo. Well deserved 4 stars."

"We had a lovely stay here - Manuel and his family made us feel right at home. They were always available and helpful. The property is beautiful and a quick walk into town. Especially nice was the pool, the breakfast and even the kitties were nice to see and visit with. Highly recommend"
"The hotel is on the older side. Needs some attention. The view is beautiful from any part of the hotel. Bar attendant was very helpful but reception person didn’t explain anything.

"Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated."
