We immediately, upon arrival at midnight, and although day staff were made aware of our concerns there was no attempt by staff to contact us- management watching our discussions walked away. At NO time were we disrespectful or -belligerent; staff were simply indifferent
We immediately booked into another hotel-
And walked away from the already paid for rooms.

"Comfortable quiet clean hotel. Cool filtered water and hot drinks for guests in the foyer were very welcome. Breakfast was good quality with a lot of choice. Bed was very comfortable with super soft duvets and pillows. Great location too being so close to all the main sights. It was our first time in Bergen so we appreciated being able to walk to all the galleries , museums, market etc."

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at! When we checked in, we were welcomed with fresh strawberries and sparkling drinks. Our room were modern and absolutely gorgeous, facing the harbor with large windows and a beautiful windowsill where we could sit and enjoy the view.
The bed was amazing, and the pillows were huge and so comfortable! Breakfast was wonderful, and the afternoon fika was the perfect touch. We also had pasta for dinner in the dining room, which was delicious.

"We loved hotel Oleana! the location is great and close to everything in Bergen city center. Our room was fantastic! so beautifully decorated and looks renovated. The room was super clean, spacious, bathroom was great and the bed wonderful. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. I wish we could stay longer. This hotel will be our regular place when we visit Bergen."
