"We’ve stayed here every Canada Day, and it’s one of our favorite locations. The setting is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and genuinely trying their best. Unfortunately, this year’s stay was very disappointing, especially considering we spent nearly $2,000 for one night. The room was not cleaned to the standard expected from a luxury hotel.
