"It was a great experience! We stayed for just one night, as a transition from Kyoto to Tokyo. Although it was rainy, cold and Mt Fuji was not visible, it was the best place to stay. The welcoming staff at the reception, they take care of luggage immediately for you. You get a tour of the hotel by one of the staff which explains you all the itinerary of events and get you to you room.
