"Let's just say that it is not what it looks like in the photos. Its quite rundown. We checked in and I was already freaked out. Got to the room and it stunk of cigarettes, but like someone had smoked there for a long while. The room next door had people in there fighting and too much riff-raff. The place was just dirt and rundown. Pool area needs a refresh. I literally didn't stay one night, checked out and went straight to the Hyatt Regency which was MUCH nicer. And they refused to refund me."

"I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided during my stay. Despite making the same request twice, it was never fulfilled. Even after your staff acknowledged the oversight, no effort was made to correct the situation or offer a meaningful solution. What is most concerning is the lack of consideration shown for both myself and my child after these accommodations were not met. This experience fell well below expectations, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the inconvenience only added to the frustration"

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Orlando! The two bedroom/two bathroom suite was fantastic! I loved the full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer! We actually cooked breakfast once and made coffee every day. It was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable!"
