"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. "The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. "Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...
