"The hotel was nice. We had an unfortunate experience with checking in. We arrived hours before the 3:00 check in time and were told they couldn’t accommodate an earlier check in for us. We checked in on paper and left, walking around Yokohama for a bit, but we were exhausted from our flight and went back to sit in the lobby for three hours. We went to the desk a couple of times to see if a room was ready. We were told no. A bit later, a couple came in, went to the desk and were given a room...

"Since first coming in August & September 2023, I have been familiar with this property. With my second trip this year in June, this place is as good as ever! Washed my clothes daily after coming back from my railway day trips. Also very convenient with a Lincos Supermarket, Starbucks and restaurants on the first floor. Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line is also located right below, which makes it convenient for my railway trips. Will definitely come back again on future trips to eastern...
