"Expedia booking said breakfast included , hotel staff said it was not.
Expedia booking said booked at Garrison Hotel, but we were actually booked at Garrison Apartments which is 0.2 mile away. We still had to check in at the Hotel location then drive 0.2 mile away to apartment . All the parking at apartment was full , so unload luggage and then drive around Fort William looking for parking. Found parking 1 mile away and then walked back ."

"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our ground floor rooms was next to the car park which was a little disconcerting, but not noisy, so that was a relief. Another ground floor room looked onto an alley, but was clean and comfortable. Overall we would probably use this hotel again. "I would definitely recommend staying at the Glenfinnan house. It is a charming place with an excellent restaurant and beautiful grounds on the shores of Loch Shiel. You can see the Glenfinnan monument and within walking distance of the Glenfinnan Viaduct (where you can see the train from Harry Potter cross) as well as the visitor's center which has a lovely gift shop and access to the monument.
