"Clean room but room was as bland as can be, not even one picture 9n a single wall. Only one small pillow per person. Staff very limited english. When arrived we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves with no help. Expected more from the Melia chain. Park tickets were cheeper online that on the hotel. Lots of noise on the hall ways. Of the 8 hotels I have stayed so far the last i would rank."

"Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Sehr schöne, große Zimmer und eine tolle Auswahl beim Frückstücksbuffet. Die Nähr vom Pool zum Meer war wunderbar, weil es nur wenige Meter sind. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und der kostenlose Transfer vom Flughafen und zurück hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."

"Provided only 1 towel per person (no hand towels or anything else). There is not much staff on site which makes it difficult to communicate and achieve things"

"Very good pool for the hotel of this size. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean and roomy enough. Staff at the reception speak good English. Gym is small and outdoors, which I found impossible to use in such heat, being a person from the north I could not bear to use this gym without air conditioner."

"Everything at the property is beautiful, clean, efficient staffs. When you book make sure the communication of pick up and drop off at the airport is clear. I assumed it automatically, no need to confirm because it is included in the booking."

"客室がとても綺麗で、スタッフも親切でした。朝食がとても美味しかったです！"

"아기데리고 일주일간 너무 잘 놀다옴 아기도 또 가고싶다며!!"

"魂の解放には良い施設だと思います。"

"The room is very dirty. There is a lot of bed bugs in the room and I can’t sleep at all need to sleep in the couch. Tried to contact the owner for room changing and no one is taking responsibility."

"文句なし。サービス最高"

"朝食はとてもおいしかった"

"So many small ants at the property. I have asked for change of sheets because of ants in my bed however never came to change my sheet during my stay"

"We loved the location of this hotel. Our room was large and quite nice. t was clean and well maintained. A very nice breakfast. Great value. The gym was terrible. No A/C and the machine that was there was rusty and sticky. If you don’t care about the gym-highly recommend the hotel."

"Vilken utsikt! Vi trivdes här, personalen var supertrevliga "

"Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc. As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient. The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...
