The bed was super comfy, just the right level of support. Dickie the concierge at reception was fantastic, full of information and great tips, he had us in fits of laughter and made our day. We’ll be back."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and loved it. The beds are really comfy; handy having a kitchen too. Lots of space, & very reasonably priced. Parking in the CBD is generally expensive. Just book the hotel parking if you can; especially if staying 2nights +. Buffet breakfast was okay too. The biggest hurdle is working back up Queen Street, it's a steep climb!"

"Great location, easy (paid) parking next door and welcoming staff. The only issue we had this trip was the drain in the bathroom floor had a very strong smelling odour and with the rooms being quite small there is no escaping it."
