"The hotel is very well placed in Regua, near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the day-cruise quays and the town museum. Secure parking. Rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean. A big choice at breakfast, all of which was very good. Did not try dinner. Front desk staff enthusiastic and always helpful, particularly Paulo. Well deserved 4 stars."
"El hotel está bien situado, con buenas vistas en un paraje muy tranquilo y con buen aparcamiento.
Desde la habitación veiamos el Parque Acuático Magiklan que está a 5 minutos en coche.
Sin duda, un hotel excelente y tranquilo ysin bullicio para poder relajarse en sunpiscina exterior o en su Spa."
"Amazing experience. Could do with a better wine tasting but we really enjoyed it. Vitor was amazing, definitely speak to him about your wine at dinner. The most stunning mountain and river views with great climbs nearby"
"The best place to stay in the Douro Valley! Régua is quaint, good dining and access to the train station. The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and the room was impeccable and charming. Beautiful views, gorgeous gardens, bird avierys and a lovely pool! Breakfast was wonderful and a great finish to our trip to Port country!"
"Property, location and staff were great with amazing views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. Its biggest flaw is the bedroom - sagging mattress and lumpy pillows made for a very umcomfortable sleep. I didnt have a restful sleep. The carpet in the bedroom can be updated."
"An absolutely incredible experience. The rooms and accommodations are very nice and reasonably sized and modern. The view over the vineyard with orange and olive trees is beautiful. Breakfast is incredible with fresh juice and fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs made to order, smoke salmon, fresh bread and pastries.
The staff are all incredibly attentive and polite. Walking the property with the pool, vineyard, flowers, etc shows the care and effort that goes into this place.
