"The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The check in was easy and they gave us a voucher for a drink in the lounge bar. We had a very nice stay. Great location, the river walk is with in walking distance."

"Mom & daughter trip to meet in Chicago to see a concert. Lovely property in a good location to get everywhere we needed. Felt safe walking around day & night as needed."

"Very clean, friendly staff we liked the walking distance to Rosemont theatre and to the mall"

"My family really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Felix! Our stay was precipitated by getting tickets to the Obama Presidential Library, and we found this location as a walking friendly location downtown. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend."

"Breakfast buffet is a step above the usual. The evening cocktail hour with appetizers was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and gave us a late check out in our last day which was much appreciated."

"The staff is wonderful!!!! And hotel is clean."

"I enjoyed my stay at the LondonHouse. The property and room were very clean. The front desk staff was nice. Housekeeping was consistent. The bar staff were friendly but the staff at the rooftop bar could have been nicer. It was busy so I will give them grace but they were a little rude and I didn’t appreciate that considering I was staying at the property. I did not eat at the hotel to rate the food. The views from the vista room were amazing. I would stay again."
