"Me and my new husband spent our wedding night here absolutely perfect. We arrived late and the night manger was perfect warm greeting and showed us to our room to our surprise he was there for breakfast as well. The room was perfect we was greeted by a dove in our room in the morning which we are taking as good luck. The spa facilities were brilliant and relaxing as well thank you so much everything was perfect "

"Very central location. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Our hotel room on the LG floor, with courtyard view was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but could perhaps benefit from updating. Apart from that a very good place to stay."

"the Room was very nice and the staff very friendly including those at reception and the bar staff. However we did have an issue with getting into our room due to a lock malfunction when we arrived. Although we did eventually get moved to a new room it did take about 40 minutes from our arrival for them to move us which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally the tv in the room could definitely do with updating! Other than those minor inconveniences the stay was nice and we couldn’t fault it "

"Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Stevie, Tim, Annie and Sam for making my stay so...
