"The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!"

"Alles is schoon en netjes alleen is de badkamer niet geschikt voor wat instabielere personen. je doucht in bad onder schuine kap en moet daar met twee treden (met gladde tegels) komen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en een uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Wij weten het en komen ondanks de douche situatie graag terug."
