"We only stayed one night prior to flying home. The hotel was in a great location for getting the train into Venice, and the bus to the airport. The staff were enormously helpful, and even anticipated our needs. we would definitely stay there again."

"Great location. We parked at Tronchetto and took the shuttle boat from the parking area (€10 per person) to Venice. The hotel is very close to the San Marco/San Zaccaria area, so once we arrived by boat we were immediately in the heart of Venice. St. Mark’s Square and many major attractions were just a short walk away.
Family room has double bed (larger than king) and two twin beds. Expedia listing has a queen but actually it is larger. Breakfast is also worth it."

"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we approached the front desk to address an issue with our room, the staff were unhelpful and came across as quite rude.
Additionally, there was no hot water available for showering, which was a major inconvenience. The hotel's facilities feel very dated, and the thin walls make it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms and hallways.
