"Free breakfast everyday, both including typical Costa Rican breakfasts, as well as pancakes for those who prefer a breakfast from home.
The thermal springs were the best!! Especially the swim up bar (helps save money on commuting to other thermal springs as well as the entrance fee)
Staff were wonderful! Sweet and helpful at recommending restaurants and activities:)
Transportation from the airport to hotel was $225, so great to split between 5 people."

"Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center.
Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink.
The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside.
Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation."

"Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals.
I would to choose it again."
