"We do not vacation much at all, so we finally took a trip! Our room was great-room 426. A little low, but beachfront views. It was a corner room so that was super nice. Pool was great! Beach was great! Being a resort, the drinks and food were a little pricey but we ordered Uber Eats most nights and everything was amazing. Surf shop down the road had reasonably priced food and booze. Bartender at the pool bar was okay. She kept “tricking me” saying my food was almost ready even though I did...

"We reserved a 2 queen bedroom villa, when we arrived the hostess appeared to not care too much about her job and did not offer the champagne, (which I saw on you tube and was excited to enjoy) once we entered our room, it was full of bugs, like abnormally full of bugs. We spent one night, which we didint get queen beds, they well full beds. My wife woke up with bed bug bits,(I’ll upload) photos. Once I complained, the manager was extremely thoughtful and listened, he sent us to another building...

"Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee. PROS: Balcony with nice view Female bartender at the outside bar was very pleasant 2 oz of sparkling wine at check in Cookies in the lobby in the evening Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible"...

"Great place to stay in. Clean, friendly staff the only problem was the elevators way to delayed and there were to times we had to take the stairs because the elevator to the parking garage never came. Other than that inconvenience everything excellent."
