"Room was as expected. Nice but a little dated. We were there for 3 nights and the staff never serviced the room, had to ask for towels multiple times. The housekeeping is lacking and needs help. I think they are severely understaffed."

"A room with a waterfront view is nice. Waited more than 30 minutes to just get acknowledged at the dinner restaurant by the water, then after waiting another 15 minutes of being ignored...we left. Decor is tired. There are better choices to stay in Newport. It's an expensive hotel, and should at the very least have better service."
