"Very fun and happening hotel. "

"The front reception staff was very nice. The room 808 toilet hanger was loose and didn’t flush properly. I had to open the top of the tank to adjust the water pressure. The bath shower handler came out of the shower. I stayed only one night and it was enough. Hopefully, they fix it first the next customer."

"Very nice spacious suite with windows to scaffoldings and blank walls. It felt like a prison. We woke up to every morning with the sound of construction. Everything else was just fine and nice. If you choose to stay in this hotel, make sure you get the rooms with the street views."

"My family and I, enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is great! Walkable to many places for tourists. My only dislike was when we arrived during check-in. Our room was not ready and it took a long while to get. Hilton gave us vouchers for dinner, so they made it up well."

"My daughter and I stayed at the Times Square Hyatt Regency for 4 nights. The location is excellent and we found our stay very comfortable. A couple of things we didn't love: there was often no hot water in the showers in the morning, the door to the room had a huge gap underneath which let in noise from the corridor (we put a towel in front of the gap which helped), the restaurant in the hotel, while convenient, added a 20% surcharge for everything, even take-out coffee.
