"Great small hotel. Nice not queuing for lifts, or missing out on pool lounges. The in-room tea and coffee did not include milk, only packets of non-dairy creamer powder. I ordered some milk from the kitchen that was delivered in a takeaway coffee cup. I was told it would be $3, excessive for such a small amount but bearable instead of 20mins to go and find a 7/11. At checkout I was told it was $6. No apology, just settle the bill! A small amount but a bad taste to end with."

"Check in crew were thoughtful and patient. Housekeeping service can improve had to call twice to makeup room. Limited gym equipments. Family room looks smaller than advertised photo Overall great stay. "

"First room was sub-par and in need of renovation.Bathroom was highly patched up and in poor condition for the category and rate. Carpet was dirty. Hotel staff was kindly able to move me to a higher floor with better room in same category. You would be well advised to arrange/ask for a newer room if possible. Certainly check the room before unpacking. Both rooms had televisions with terrible reception and very limited selection. Both rooms had sinks with poor draining. Elevators worked...

"Property was within walking distance of 2 MRT station, plenty of food options and shopping. Room was at the end of a long hallway. Bathroom need some upgrades since shower head were not working properly and walls needs some cleaning "

"We stayed at the 19th floor (the highest floor). Room was awesome with a freestanding bathtub, surrounded by glass walls. We loved the open shower, the huge bed and the spectacular views. Service was top notch. Carpet in public areas could need some cleaning but this didn’t spoil our experience. Thanks for our wonderful stay - we will choose the Furama Riverfront again!"

"Great place to stay. So close to lots that Singapore has to offer. 200mt from Chinatown mrt and Clarke quay mrt. We had an executive room with access to the lounge. Well worth paying the little bit extra. The included breakfast was very extensive. Good range of hot and cold foods. Happily stay here on our next trip to Singapore. Only minus were the hallway carpet was looking worn. "

"Park view suites are spacious and tastefully designed. Staff, without exception, are friendly, efficient , highly professional and always happy to help. Hotel has great facilities and is very centrally situated , in the heart of Orchard Road. easy access to all major areas by bus, MRT, taxi, or walking depending on where you want to go. Have stayed multiple times and will not hesitate to stay again. Happy to recommend. "

"Really good that it is next to a shppping mall with yummy eateries. Room was large with all amenities. Check in was quick, friendly and efficient. $15 each way taxi ride from Terminal 1. Great stay."
