"loved the bar and restaurant"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"The Empire Hotel feels very dated. Everything looks old, and there’s a stale, musty smell that makes it feel even more worn out. It needs a thorough refresh. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"😊😍😊"

"Great location in proximity to other venues, VERY small rooms"

"Lo que más me gustó es la insonorización de las habitaciones ya que por donde está ubicado es una parte muy ruidosa y dentro de la habitación no se escucha nada"
