"Hotel was well maintained with helpful staff. Easily walkable to Canal City and train stations. Bus stop just outside the main entrance and and Pronto outlet in the next building. Lawson and 711 stores just 100m away in case for late night cravings."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good. There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range. I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself. Great location. Easy to get around. "

"Breakfast not offered in hotel but in restaurant 2 floors below the Lobby. Quality of food on offer 3 stars or below. We paid over $330 per night for a small room, old furniture, old carpets and mattresses on beds almost as hard as lying on bricks. This hotel in NO WAY deserves a 9.4 rating. We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The only exceptional feature of this hotel was the staff. My advice is AVOID this hotel. "

"Stayed 2 nights. Excellent stay. Really enjoyed the 2 different breakfast options they provided. Also appreciated the coin- operated laundry room. Really close to the supermarket, train station and local sights."
