"This is a 4-star hotel but I stayed in 3-star ones that were much nicer. The staff: the biggest surprise; perhaps the employees are not paid adequately b/c the effort from the reception was minimal. As if they were there b/c they had to but not much above that. My positive approach was not really reciprocated, a smile goes a long way. The room: clean but small. Confusing light controls, very bright night table lamps. Reserved an option with two single beds, rather narrow and firm. No option...

"If you're looking for one of the best views in Capri, this hotel is an excellent choice. Unfortunately, the service did not match the beautiful location. The cups in the minibar were not clean and the toilet paper wasn't replaced until we specifically asked for it, which is a basic standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. The biggest disappointment was the welcome I received. While chatting with the receptionist, I casually mentioned that I hadn't been able to find an available room...
