Jann (not sure of the spelling) was so informative and helpful. The location is very convenient. The metro is right across the street. Tivoli garden entrance is right around the corner. "This is a busy hotel with a great location, nice good sized rooms and a great breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and everything worked well. There is lot to see and do near-by and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and attractions."
