"We had a little issue when we first checked in as the room we were given was under maintenance. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and kindly offered to upgrade us to another room, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a nice stay, although we were a little disappointed with the parking situation. Just because you have a room booked doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have a secured car park. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The room as nice and spacious with a balcony. We requested for the room to be made up upon check in but had to request again as housekeeping had not been- they were prompt to do so. The construction of the new tower was only a bother in the morning and it was a little frustrating that we were only informed this was happening after booking a non refundable room. Luckily our second night was a public holiday."
