"I love this hotel... It's beautiful and historic and (some of) the rooms are huge! It's local to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western so perfect for graduation this weekend. It's within easy walking distance if the RTA to head downtown to a baseball game. We did have issues this time with the room not being made up (even when we inquired on the 3rd day), and the AC struggled to keep up with the unseasonably warm weekend. "Overall stay was Good, customer service and desk help were okay, no towels in pool room and adults with lots of alcohol in hot tub at night, we tried again next morning still no towels and several children in the hot tub. Our mini fridge was leaking the entire stay, we put several towels down and they were soaked by morning. Enjoyed the cookie.That’s all "

"Place was excellent. Great service and recommendations for food etc. The Creamery down the street is amazing. Owners invited us to stay on site even after checkout for the solar eclipse. The only recommendation I have is I am used to sleeping in nearly total darkness. The glass window above the door does allow light in from common area. "

"Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! Not perfect but still wonderful nevertheless
"I love this hotel... It's beautiful and historic and (some of) the rooms are huge! It's local to Cleveland Clinic and Case Western so perfect for graduation this weekend. And there is a single working elevator as they upgrade them (one at a time). But the staff is friendly, the shuttle a wonderful thing, and in/out parking great! So overall still a fabulous and comfortable place to stay. "
