"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

We didn’t realise we had to book a parking space though and ended up parking opposite in the hospital multi storey. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and we had a snug smaller sized room but would visit again for sure! "Have wanted to try the Telegraph since it opened... and finally got round to doing it! A lovely hotel with a nod to the building's previous life. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean, well equipped and very quiet"

"Really good deal for the 3 of us for hotel with the night including dinner and breakfast. Staff were really good so was spa facilities for what you paid for. Overall would go again. But disappointed with dinner wasn’t told it was a buffet till we got to the restaurant ( we did prebook calling few days before and saw staff at check in where there was opportunity to tell us) Though the staff where excellent at accommodating the group member who had a food allergy and letting her choose of menu....

"Nice hotel, clean, beds really comfortable. Hotel information states EV charging available, however it is not as all chargers are disconnected while being upgraded. "

"Rooms were spacious although they were quite warm. No opening windows. The restaurant is extremely expensive. The bar chairs are very uncomfy - just sink into them and definitely need replacing. Aside from that it is a nice hotel and friendly staff."
