"The room hard wood flooring and electronics were nice features. The location close to restaurants Mi Cocina and Jake’s is great. However, this 14th floor exterior room was not soundproof from motorcyclist noise till 3am. We asked for a quiet room for a good night sleep. Next time we will ask for an interior room to be specific."

"This was such a a wonderful place.Location was perfect for walking to the convention center and multitudes of restaurants. Hotel is in a renovated 100 year old building. Very nice. Rooms large..unique art and atmosphere.. Safe feeling place..but the best of all the customer service..Wayne, Sean, Jessica K and Jessica M in every dealing or conversation with these individuals was so pleasurable. They represent what customer service is suppose to be. And far beyond customer service they treat you...

"Great hotel. Stayed for pool. Pool closed for a situation and never reopened during the hottest week of summer in texas. 106 average. Big let down. Hotel is clean and attentive. Rooms are small and beds are very uncomfortable, so are the pillows. Overall a 4 star experience since it was clean and people were nice"

"The property was very clean and nicely decorated. I believe the ceilings were 12 feet, which made it feel very open. The only thing I would suggest is to add a full length mirror somewhere as the bedroom did not have a dresser or mirror. The bathroom shower was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the access to the building I was in was lengthy. Communication with the stay was excellent."
