"Hotel is very new and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was excellent. This hotel has NO ice machines, not a single one. If you want ice you need to go to the hotel lobby bar and ask for a cup of ice. Lobby area is quite small so can get crowded at peak time. Rooms are nice; one downside is when bathroom light is turned on, light goes through the tinted glass door and light up the room. "

"Had a nice stay however construction started right next to our suite at 9:30am. The alarm clock was also set for 6am (not by us) waking us up again. Staff was wonderful and the building itself was very nice. "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many hotels across Canada, United States, Europe, and West Africa). The only thing I think the hotel management should improve upon is the hotel’s entrance from the street to the reception: the doors are heavy and there are steps instead of inclined (or sloped) entrance. If you have heavy luggage that you need to roll through the entrance, you’ll be out of luck. Management needs to remake the entrance’s accessibility. "
