"We were greeted on arrival and informed of amenities.
The double room was clean but carpet very stained due to shower leaking out of bathroom onto carpet area. Carpet smelt damp and we tried to use small towels to prevent water leakage.
Room was very basic. It was ideal for our needs.
The bedroom windows were very thin and struggled to sleep for three hours a night.
Staff were very helpful, professional and hard working team. We never used the bar but breakfast was very good and plentiful....

"I paid full board including the evening meals as a birthday treat for my wife, which was quite a bit extra, but at the end of our stay they charged me again for dinners. The receptionist said that becouse I had not booked directly through them I was not entitled to do this, which ment paying twice for the meals, and that I was misinformed by the waitress who had said that the meals would be deducted from my final bill. The staff where very nice but didn't seem to know much about this situation...

A lovely property set in a rural location, great facilities and an excellent bar/restaurant. The weather was fabulous that day so spent the evening in the lovely beer garden, but indoor dining rooms/spaces also looked good.
The welcome was warm and efficient (I’d only booked a few hours before turning up) and the staff really made the stay very pleasant/comfortable.
Definitely a place to stay if you’re in the area."
