"After checking into our room we found there were clothes left in the closet by previous guests. Every time we got back to the room it smelled of smoke despite the hotel claiming it was a non-smoking room. It seemed like the people in the adjoining room were constantly smoking and the smoke was coming into our room under the adjoining room door. I called reception multiple times to let them know, but they didn’t do anything about it. The breakfast buffet was virtually empty by 10am on both days....
