"We enjoyed staying here with two dogs. It is very clean and modern. We stayed in a 2 queen bed corner room, which was nice as it had two windows. The shower was updated and very nice (rain fall but also has a detachable shower head). The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The lighting in the room was nice and it had great storage if you needed. The front desk was lovely. We got welcome cookies which was a cute touch. The restaurant/bar was very nice. "The resort has turned into a refugee camp, booked 8 months ago the only room they had was first floor looking at the parking lot.Asked for a better view and not on first floor was denied. Also order the fish at the restaurant, was supposed to come with coleslaw and dipping sauce the waitress had no clue what the menu read, the so called fish was batter. Pool was supposed to be heated, it was cold. The bottom line the resort has sold out to permanent residents."

"The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, and we really appreciated all of the helpful information and recommendations they shared about Kelowna. They were so knowledgeable about the city and gave us great tips that made our visit even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone...
