"Pretty good hotel. Good location in the modern part of town with a nice park next to it. You need to take taxis to go anywhere else though, which is fine if know how to use Didi (and it's pretty easy to hail a normal taxi on the street in the city). Room was pretty good, executive lounge was nice for a "free" light dinner or afternoon cake and they also serve alcohol. No view from it though despite being on 23rd floor. Breakfast was only in main breakfast room and was ok, but not quite up to 5...

"This Hyatt located in the new district it is very spacious in and out. The hotel services from the front desk to the room service are very good! Their employees are professional and willing to help when you have a requedt. As soon as you walk out of the hotel lobby the city streets are wide and not as crowded as the old district. You can find all kinds of shops and eating places. Restaurants in the hotel are beautiful but beware the price when you book a private room for dinner! "

Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). "酒店算是在贵阳的郊区，隔壁就是保利的小区，我们定的是不带早餐的价格，但去吃早餐只要随便报个房号就可以了。这次住靠街的房间，阳台门用锁锁着 打开需要叫服务员，还要签一份免责协议，这一点我只能说我去年买了个表。阳台有张铺满灰的太阳椅，估计N年没搞过卫生。方面的热水很大，不知道是不是温泉水，其他设施也OK。晚上睡觉 我们空调明明调的是制冷 送的却是热风，阳台门又开不了，燥热的一晚，睡的相当不舒服（虽然室外只有3-5度，但广州人不习惯开暖气睡觉）。在酒店前台可以90块购买温泉票，在温泉处购买需要128.温泉相当不错，有10多个池，温泉的体验要比酒店的体验好很多。"
