The restaurant food was good and the wait staff, although trying and working hard seemed a little confused - I think there were some internal misunderstandings about the hotel procedures among the staff. "Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat ik jammer vind is dat na 4 dagen er niemand op maandag aanwezig is bij de receptie en je de kamerpas maar in een doos moet gooien, helaas niet erg persoonlijk. "

"I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room."
