"We had an 8th floor room which with a balcony which was big and very clean. Unfortunately, we had a view of a crane and a little bit of the sea. We mentioned our 20th wedding anniversary in the booking, but no one seemed to acknowledge it or offer a kind gesture, which was disappointing. I tried to move to a better room without the crane view but staff were unable to help us.
The breakfast was very good. Parking was an issue. Be prepared. Even the hotel one at 15 Euros a night is a short...
"This is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Honestly, it was painful. After spending 10+ hours on a flight and travelling more than 30 hours, to sleep on that bed ruined my back.
Tiny room. Had to shuffle past my husband to walk around the room.
Expensive restaurant. 22€ for breakfast per person ($35 CAD).
Have to pay for your pool towels. Building is run down. I’m not sure how this can pass as a 4 star hotel. Way too overpriced for what it...
"We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the cleaning team for their excellent work. The room with a balcony had air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator and other necessary amenities, except for a kettle.Breakfast was the same every day, but quite varied and filling. The hotel is located a little far from the center and sandy beaches, but since we enjoy walking, everything was fine."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sea was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear turquoise water and spectacular views that made every moment feel truly special. The location was perfect, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of the coastline. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"
