I had a wonderful stay at Q Resort. Everything was fine. Beach was just 1 min by foot. Giusy was so helpful. She helped me a lot to find the way to the hotel and gave a lot of recommendations.

when booking this hotel, it was stated that there was free wi-fi included, we'll there was NONE! secondly this hotel is still under construction and clearly was not ready for guests at least in the building we were assigned. 1. NO lights above night table just holes in the walls for future electric. 2.Power outage during HOT night where we lost all power including air conditioning 3. no handles on door to enter. 4. someone was able to acess our room whilst we were sleeping because their key was able to be used in our lock So frightening!! It's obivous Q Resort was not ready for guests. I am a hotels.com good customer and would demand a credit of at least one night's stay that was so unbearable. please contact

Nous sommes partis après 1 nuit, pas de chauffage, cette hôtel ne devrait pas ouvrir l hiver. Pas de chauffage dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Nous attendons le remboursement des 2 nuits non utilisées. Expérience horrible

Das Zimmer war sauber aber klein und es war schon kühl aber es gab keine Decke..... Essen war nichts besonders, Buffet Vorspeise waren gut der Rest eher schlecht war jedoch im Preis inbegriffen !

Nous avons passe une nuit a Q Resort en demi pension Bon accuel Repas du soir en buffet tres bien Petit dejeuner excellent Chambre " classique " un peu petite et minimaliste mais tres propre La climatisation est bruyante . Il serait bien de prevoir des moustiquaires dans les chambres ... La plage et la piscine sont un plus dans cet établissement.

Akke

Voor in het voorseizoen en twee nachtjes prima. Het hotel is in renovatie waardoor de kamer die wij hadden geboekt nog niet volledig af was. Eigenlijk had het hotel dit moeten melden. Ook bij Expedia. Geen gordijnen, weinig sfeer, geen informatie op de kamer. Ook werd er nog volop geklust aan de andere kamers. Het personeel was super attent en het complex verder qua stijl mooi en natuurlijk direct aan het strand. Al was het weer niet geschikt, om op het strand te zijn.

Le Q Resort n'était pas prêt à accueillir les clients. Voici ce qui ne va pas. 1. Nous sommes arrivés les wc étaient encore sale (excréments) 2. La première chose qu’on vous dit c’est un café ou thé au déjeuner par personne après c’est payant 3. Le déjeuner est un gag, c’est pire que la cantine. Nous avons eu des biscuits qui était périmé depuis juin 2024. Le buffet est très pauvre, il faut aller demander de l’eau car il y en a plus, etc… 4. Pas de moustiquaires, la porte a une espace où fourmis et moustiques peuvent entrer. 5. Le personnel du service au déjeuner est débordé. Pourtant l’hôtel peut être sympa avec l’emplacement, mais si ça continue comme ça ils ne vont pas survire à la saison de l’été.
